Armed security men lay siege to Senate President Bukola Saraki's house

Reports have it that Nigeria's Senate President, Bukola Saraki and his deputy Ike Ekweremadu's is on siege.

A source told Emem Etto's Blog that Saraki who is a member of the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC, and Ekweremadu had their Abuja homes blocked by men of the Department of States Services, DSS, early this morning.

Punch reports that the operatives at Saraki's home left at about 7.30am while the ones at Ekweremadu's home are still there.

Story is, Sararki and about 9 senators are set to decamp to PDP.  In a bid to stop them, DSS was sent to lay siege at their homes.

We are not sure who gave the order, but we hear videos of the incident is circulating already.
