Airline passengers will now have to step on scales before boarding their flight

An airline in Europe will now weigh its passengers before they are allowed to board. Passengers flying Finnair will now be asked to step on scales before accessing their flight. Good thing is, Finnair has promised the move is not to penalise overweight passengers, instead, they hope to work on the weight their flights are carrying more accurately.

Not only that, passengers flying Hawaiian Airline will be put through the same process of weighing themselves before boarding. They will also no longer be allowed to preselect their seats, reason being that larger passengers can be placed in a way that the aircraft will be balanced.
