Referee who officiated Nigeria/Zambia match vacationed in Nigeria weeks before the Match on invitation of NFF - Zambia alleges

Zambians have taken to social media to accuse referee Joshua Bongo, of receiving bribe from Nigeria days after they lost to Nigeria at the World Cup qualifiers.
On Saturday October 7, 2017, the referee who officiated the Nigeria/Zambia match that saw Nigeria winning by a lone goal and qualifying for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, cancelled what many including Nigerians call a clear goal.

The referee from Botswana, has been accused of deliberately acting in favour of Nigeria, and is currently facing the heat on social media. A Zambian man in a bid to prove there was foul play dug up a picture the referee took with an alleged NFF official (I don't know the identity of the man in the picture so lets stick with alleged) while holidaying in Nigeria weeks before the match.  He shared the photo on Facebook, captioning it:

This is Joshua Bondo, the Botswana referee who handled the Nigeria-Zambia world Cup match, enjoying his paid for holiday in Nigeria some few weeks ago after being invited by Nigerian Football Federation officials.
What do you guys think, do you think there was foul play?
