Nigerian Army Meets With Physically Challenged Man Brutalised By Two Soldiers (Photos)



Representatives of the Nigerian Army have met the disabled guy brutalised by two soldiers in Onitsha, for wearing a camouflage. 
A Facebook user, Abuchi Onwumelu shared photos from the meeting and wrote:
