Senator Shehu Sani storms JAMB office with anti-snake venom and snake charmer to catch snake that swallowed N36m

Following the missing JAMB money which was reportedly swallowed by a snake in Makurdi, Benue State,  Senator Shehu Sani today paid a visit to JAMB office in Makurdi in order to ascertain the truth behind the story, and to offer help.

The senator representing Kaduna Central stormed Jamb office with anti-snake venom and snake charmers to help trace the snake that swallowed the money.

Jamb Registrar, Ishaq Oloyede was in hysterics when the outspoken lawmaker handed him two cartons of anti-snake venom and offered the services of two snake charmers to help catch the greedy snake.

Senator Sani during his visit said:
The reason for my presence here is in response to the story that a snake swallowed about N36 million. It is my concern that such a huge amount of money is reported to have been swallowed by a snake. I believe the contribution I can make is to bring snake charmers from my constituency to the JAMB office to help them fish out the snake or weed out snakes from their premises.
“If a snake can actually swallow N36 million one day we may wake up in this country to see that a snake has swallowed our foreign reserve or it has swallowed money that was gathered in the TSA.”

Recall that days ago, news broke that a snake had broken into a vault at Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, office in Makurdi, Benue State and made away with N36 million recovered from the sale of JAMB scratch cards.

Philomena Chieshe, the woman involved in the scandal is reportedly undergoing disciplinary procedures and will be handed over to security agencies soon.
