So yesterday, there was mild drama at Tinubu Magistrate Court in Lagos. Story is, Atiku Abubakar's son Aminu Atiku, kidnapped and fled with his son after he lost custody of his two children to his ex-wife Unmi Fatima Bolori. The incident reportedly happened at 1:59pm.

According to The Nation, Bolori was granted custody of her two children with the former Vice President's son because he refused to file a response to her application for custody.

Aminu and Bolori have been in and out of court battling to get custody of their 9 year old daughter, Ameera Atiku and 7-year-old Aamir Atiku. On the day set aside for custody hearing, Aminu and his legal team were absent from court and only showed up minutes before proceedings were over.

Before he arrived, the Chief Magistrate had already granted Bolori custody of their two children. The Magistrate ordered Aminu to pay his ex-wife N250, 000 monthly for the upkeep of the children and also ordered that he carries out medical insurance on the children among others.

After the court proceedings, Aminu allegedly pretended to be playing with the kids then grabbed his son from his ex-wife, locked him in his car and drove away.
